We also offer other finishing services such as binding and pressure sealing. Mail-Gard is the only major print-to-mail recovery center not affiliated with an inserter manufacturer. This distinction allows us to equip our facilities with the best solutions for our clients since we are not limited to equipment we manufacture. On-site US Postal substations and postal pre-sorting services complete your recovery requirements.
Testing
It's great to have a recovery plan in place, but it is imperative that the plan works smoothly and effectively when you need it. The only way to insure your plan will work is to test and to test often. If you are short on staff or time, let Mail-Gard's Recovery Builder® consulting services help you prepare and execute your test requirements.
Proof of Concept
Mail-Gard's Proof of Concept testing offers customers the ability to test their communication, print and insert environment at our facility to insure 100% satisfaction prior to contract signing.
Regular
Industry standards suggest testing at least once per year. However, due to the constant changes that take place in your print and mail environment, Mail-Gard recommends testing two to four times per year. The more you test, the better prepared you will be in the event of a business interruption.
Our technical and customer service teams work with you to gather the necessary information for a successful test. Upon test completion you will receive a comprehensive report summarizing the test events and providing valuable feedback for future testing or, if needed, disaster preparation.
